Arcade Music Fest 2026 is Saturday, August 8th and Sunday, August 9th from 2-11pm (10pm on Sunday).
An invoice will be sent to the submitted email and must be
paid within 14 business days or your booth may be forfeited.
Accepted vendor applications will be asked to provide payment before August 1st, 2026 in the event of late registration.
Vendors are required to provide their own tent and table(s).
All payments are nonrefundable in the event of a participant's cancellation, an Act of God, or inclement weather.
All vendors will be required to add Arcade Music Fest LLC
as additionally insured to their current policy
or must apply for temporary business insurance
by August 1st, 2026

FAQ: Why does Arcade Music Fest require insurance when many festivals don't?
Arcade Music Fest is sponsored by multiple spirit brands and owns a liquor license under our LLC. Kentucky Legislature requires insurance for all vendors when the festival is selling alcohol under their own personal LLC.
What if I need a larger plot than 10x10ft?
No problem! Plots will be sold per 10ft in width. Ex: A 20x10 plot for both days with no power needs will be ($75 x 2) x 2 = $300.
When will I be sent an invoice?
After you're approved, anticipate receiving an invoice within 1-2 days. At that point, the invoice must be paid within 14 days.
I want to participate, but I may not make a profit with the pricing!
We want to support Covington's eclectic and budding small businesses. Negotiable pricing may be available if our business practices align.

What time should I anticipate arriving at the festival grounds?
Vendors will be sent load-in information the first week of August, but should anticipate arriving on your approved day(s) by 11am.
